Are the towels machine washable?Yes all towels are machine washable on a regular / normal cycle. To refresh your towel we recommend a 30°c / 40°c setting. Wash with similar colours. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Do you offer any deals for Business Customers / Golf Clubs?We offer competitive prices for any business customers, Supply chains or Golf clubs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further. MOQs may apply.

What is your refund policy?We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at wing.golf.ltd@gmail.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer and it is recommended that you use a tracked service. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for questions or issues regarding your order at wing.golf.ltd@gmail.com. We will endeavour to rectify these for you at the earliest opportunity.

What is your shipping policy?Standard shipping costs: UK (2 - 4 working days) - £2.99 UK 48 hrs ( 24 - 48 hrs) - £5.99 Europe (7 - 9 working days)- £8.99 Rest of the world (9 - 15 working days) - £15. We offer free shipping on orders over £50 within the UK. All orders may take 1-3 days to process. Delivery timescales may vary. Rest assured we will work as fast as we can to process your order.

Do you ship internationally?Yes we ship internationally, costs may vary depending on location. Any additional import or customs charges on international orders will have to be paid by you, the customer. If you refuse to pay and the item is sent back to us you may be deducted a shipping and handling fee from your refund.
